Unfortunately exchangeme.lk will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

We provide our services to entire Sri Lanka. We do not ship any item to overseas or we do not export or import any item or raw material from overseas. Entire shop is included with products made in Sri Lanka which purchased from Sri Lankan factories. We do not export any single retail order or bulk orders.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery within Sri Lanka. Any shipments outside of Sri Lankaare not available at this time. Some special cases such as lockdowns, floods, and restrictions of government due to pandemic situations might affect the delivery locations. We cover Entire Island through the best courier services in Sri Lanka.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 to 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

We provide instant island wide delivery within two working days of placing order for card payments and within 2-5 working days delivery for cash on delivery under normal conditions. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Packages are safely packed in inside polythene bag and another outside courier bag. Large packages are packed in bubble wraps safely. If you need any gift bag or wrappings you can choose that option while order process. During the delivery, one of our courier agent will contact you shortly. You need to answer the mobile under provided mobile number to inform the way to your place. If you could not answer, delivery person will try to contact you in three consecutive days and after day 3, he/she will return the parcel to exchangeme,lk. Delivery location should be accessible by a motor cycle or three-wheeler. Card payments at the delivery is not acceptable.
